49ers wide receiver Demarcus Robinson has been sentenced to 36 months of probation after pleading no contest to a DUI charge stemming from a 2024 arrest in Los Angeles.
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was sentenced to 36 months of probation after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, according to court records.
The sentencing, finalized this week in Los Angeles, stems from Robinson’s arrest in November, when he was clocked driving more than 100 mph on Highway 101 in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles County).
The incident occurred hours after his then-team, the Los Angeles Rams, lost to the Philadelphia Eagles on “Sunday Night Football.”

In addition to probation, the 30-year-old was ordered to pay a $390 fine and complete several court-mandated programs, including a Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim impact panel.
“Mr. Robinson has taken this process extremely seriously by already completing most of the terms of his probation,” his attorney, Jacqueline Sparagna, said in a statement to TMZ, which first reported the sentencing. “We expect that his probation will terminate early at the 18-month mark, after which his case will be expunged.”
Robinson played in all 17 games for the Rams during the 2024 season, recording a career-best 505 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
